Our friendly administrative team will then reach out to you to discuss your condition and the assessment requirements. This step is crucial in selecting an assessor who possesses the necessary expertise and specialisation to provide the support you need. Rest assured that this process typically takes no longer than thirty minutes.

The assessor will conduct the assessment, either remotely or in person, to discuss possible solutions while considering the your condition, specific challenges, and job role requirements. This process usually takes approximately one hour. The assessor will then finalise the assessment report, which will undergo quality assurance to ensure that you receive the highest level of support.

You will receive a comprehensive assessment report that identifies any software, hardware, training, coaching, or adjustments that can be implemented to support you.
